To report a lost or stolen VISA Check card during normal business hours, please call Omaha Federal Credit Union at either 402-399-9001 or 1-800-660-7350. You can also use our two electronic forms to report lost/stolen cards or replace damaged VISA Check Cards.
Omaha Federal Credit Union's VISA Check Card offers you convenient ways to get cash from anywhere. Your Check Card can also get money from over 100,000 ATM locations and over 260,000 financial institutions worldwide. So wherever you are, your money is close at hand.
But an OFCU VISA® Check Card can also workk like a check. In fact, you can think of it as a plastic check. It can be used at any merchant that accepts VISA for payment of products or services. With a Check Card you can forget the hassles of showing an I.D., waiting to have a check approved, or having to carry lots of cash. Plus, you'll save money by writing less checks.
And if you use your VISA Check Card while shopping online, you can get added security through Verified by VISA. Sign up for the free Verified by VISA service and shop with peace of mind.
And it really pays to use your OFCU VISA. Omaha now offers a special program called Bonus Check Card to our VISA Check Card members. The Bonus Check Card program allows us to reward you for using the OFCU Check Card for purchases. You don’t have to enroll in this program, because as an OFCU Check Card holder you are automatically eligible.
Every time you use your Check Card, and sign for your purchase, you will earn bonus points that can be exchanged for gift certificates and merchandise. And for just being an OFCU Check Card holder, you have already earned 2000 points.
Remember, you must sign your purchase receipt rather than inputting your Personal Identifiction Number (PIN) for the purchase to be eligible to earn bonus points. If you use your PIN when paying for your purchase (such as at the check-out PIN pad) that purchase will not be eligible to earn bonus points. In most instances, this could be as simple as selecting “Credit” instead of “Debit” at the check- out terminal. So the more you sign - the more bonus points you will earn.

Applying for a VISA® Check Card is easy. You can use the electronic application provided, call (402) 399-9001 or 1-800-660-7350 and we'll mail you an application, or stop by any of our four convenient locations to apply.

With an OFCU VISA Check card, you can also make withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and inquiries on your Checking account. Omaha Federal Credit Union has a total of 53 OFCU and CASH CORNER ATMs (with 5 more on the way). ATMs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless the system is being serviced. Members may withdraw up to $500 per day from their Checking account. If the system is being serviced, the withdrawal limit is $200 per day.
In addition, an OFCU VISA Check card allows Members to access their account through PLUS, Cirrus, and NetWorks ATMs nationwide. OFCU Members can make 3 free foreign withdrawals or inquiries through any ATM on these networks per month. After 3, there is a $1.00 per transacation fee.
