Express Teller Connection (ETC) is a free, 24-hour, touchtone phone service available to all Members that allows you unlimited access to your accounts with any touchtone phone - at home, at work, out of town, anywhere. Let OFCU's automated system guide you step-by-step though your transaction. To connect to ETC in the local Omaha area dial (402) 399-9099. For service instate or out-of-state dial 1-800-368-9099.

To use ETC, you will need to know your account number and select a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your PIN is a secret number that guards the security and confidentiality of your account. When you apply for ETC, simply indicate on the application what 4 digits you have selected. As soon as we have received your completed application, we will input your PIN on the system and you can begin using ETC within 3 business days.
