In your e-mail, please do not include:
- Credit Union account number(s)
- Social Security number(s)
- Credit Union PIN number(s)
- ATM/Debit Card number(s)
- Credit card number(s)
- Mother's maiden name
- User ID Code(s)/Passwords
Omaha Federal Credit Union will not respond to the following requests received via e-mail:
- Requests for User ID codes, passwords, PIN numbers
- Requests for Account Numbers
- Reports of lost, stolen, or replaced credit, ATM or debit cards
- Requests for temporary checks
- Changes made to name, mother's maiden name, address or social security number
- Account disputes
We provide forms for many of these requests via a secure server on our At Your Service Page.
For security purposes any account related request must include your name, home phone number, and e-mail address.
Furthmore, by using e-mail to communicate with Omaha Federal Credit Union, you agree that we have no liability to you whatsoever for any loss, claim or damages arising or in any way related to our response(s) to any e-mail or other electronic communication, which we in good faith believe you, have submitted to us. We have no duty to investigate the validity or to verify any e-mail or other electronic communication; and may respond to an e-mail at either the address provided with the communication,or any other e-mail address on an application or written communication actually received by us.
In addition, the Credit Union may not immediately receive e-mail communications that you send. Also, we will not take action based on e-mail requests until we actually receive your message and have a resonable opportunity to act. We reseve the right to require any notices from you be submitted to us in writing, and we may refuse to send certain information through unsecured e-mail communications.
