Chairman
Cindy Sand

Cindy is employed by the US Army Corps of Engineers in Omaha. In her position, she manages contracts under the Civil Works program. Cindy holds a B.A. from Buena Vista University. She is also a graduate of the Leadership Development Program at Bellevue University. Cindy has been a member of Omaha Federal Credit Union since 1993.

Vice Chairman
James Braegelmann
James is an Advertising Sales Representative with the Omaha World Herald. Prior to joining the Omaha Federal Credit Union Board, James served as a Director with the World Herald Employees Federal Credit Union. He has 20 years experience in sales. He has been a Credit Union member since 1993.

Treasurer
Alan Ruff
Alan recently retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers after a career of over 32 years. In his position as Project Manager, he coordinated funding and budgets for multi-million dollar programs. Alan received his B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1974 and his Masters in Civil Engineering in 1981. He served on Omaha Federal Credit Union’s Supervisory Committee from 1985 to 1995, and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1995. He has held the position OFCU Chairman and is currently the Treasurer of the OFCU Board. Alan has been an Omaha Federal Credit Union member since 1975.

Secretary
Marvin Taylor
Marvin holds a B.S. degree in both geology and civil engineering, along with an MBA in Finance from Creighton University. He currently manages environmental cleanup projects for the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers. Marvin has served on the Board of Directors since 1983 and is a participant in the CUNA Volunteer Achievement Program. His other activities include being a Boy Scout adult leader. Marvin has been a member of Omaha Federal Credit Union since 1976.

Scott Bramhall
Scott holds the position as National Sales Manager for CUSA Technologies, a division of Fiserv, which provides data processing solutions to over 1,000 credit unions nationwide. In his position, Scott works with credit union management, staff and directors on a daily basis and understands the requirements and challenges facing credit unions today. Scott has over 15 years experience as an Omaha Federal Credit Union volunteer and has served on the Supervisory Committee and has been a Board Member for the past 5 years. Scott served as Chairman of the Board for 2 years from 2000 to 2001. Scott has been a member of Omaha Federal Credit Union since 1985.

Timothy Knapp
Timothy is employed by Fred's Heating & air conditioning Services as a Controller in their Accounting and Finance Department. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Iowa State University and a MBA from the University of South Dakota. Timothy served on the Siouxland Federal Credit Union's Supervisory Committee in 1980, and on their Board of Directors from 1981 to 2006. He also held hte position of Board of Director's Secretary. In addition, to his Credit Union experience, Timothy was associated with the South Sioux City Public Housing Authority and served as Chairman from 1981 to 1996.

Claude McKinney
Claude is retired from Housing and Urban Development (HUD) after over 27 years of employment. At HUD he held the position of Public Housing Revitalization Specialist. Claude has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1985 and has held various positions including Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary. He has also participated in the CUNA Volunteer Achievement Program. Claude has been a member of Omaha Federal Credit Union since 1972.

Mike Story

Mike is a National Sales Training Manager for Physicians Mutual Insurance Company. He has 14 years experience in the insurance industry as an agent and also working at the home office. He was also a Plan America Financial Representative. Mike holds a BSBA from University of Nebraska - Omaha in banking and finance. He has served on Omaha Federal Credit Union's Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. He has been a member of the Credit Union since 1982.

Board Member
Cleveland Vaughn, Jr.

Cleveland is retired from the U.S. Department of Justice where he was a U.S. Marshal. In this position, he managed a three million dollar budget. He received a B.S. in Education from the University of Arkansas and has been working towards a Masters Degree from Wichita State University. Cleveland has been a treasurer for three credit union business accounts. He is also the Chairman of the Zion Baptist Church Trustee Board. Cleveland has been a member of Omaha Federal Credit Union since 1978.
