Omaha FCU provides fixed Rate Home Equity loans. Members who qualify may borrow up to 90% of the equity in his/her home (based on appraisal or tax value), with repayment terms up to 12 years. Apply here. This loan has associated appraisal (or copy of the tax assessed value), flood zone determination, credit report, title insurance (or title search), and filing fees. CA$H-LINE HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT (HELOC)
The HELOC allows the Member to borrow against his/her home’s accumulated equity without disturbing his/her savings or other investments. Omaha FCU will loan 90% of the appraised value or tax value including all liens. Apply here. HELOC has a low variable interest rate and there are no loan-advance fees, annual fees or points. The Member can make advances ($5,000 initial minimum, $1,000 thereafter) at his/her asking. This loan has associated appraisal (or a copy of the tax assessed value), flood zone determination, credit report, title insurance (or title search), and filing fees.
