Call for Nominations for Board of Directors: 2026

One of the biggest differences is that credit unions are not-for-profit organizations so they’re accountable to the account holders (member owners) instead of shareholders like banks. Credit union account holders have the opportunity to vote and elect a volunteer Board of Directors to manage the credit union.

All Directors are members that volunteer their time and expertise to serve. Members vote at the Annual Meeting each year to elect the Credit Union Board. Board members are expected to attend monthly meetings throughout the year. They are also expected to attend educational sessions.

This year’s Annual Meeting is at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 (3^rd Tuesday of June) at the Main Branch.
