The following official memorandum was issued by Google regarding its Google Pay* product and terms changes. Read on for more information.
Google has made changes to the U.S. Google Pay* Terms of Service. These changes reflect the product changes.
You can review the new terms here. At a glance, here’s what the new key changes mean to you, among other things:
- Google Pay* will no longer support peer-to-peer payments or deals and rewards for users in the United States.
- The Google Pay* mobile app will no longer be available, and you will only be able to view and access your Google Pay* balance through the Google Pay* website.
- Google Pay* is making changes to the withdrawal limits and balance limits, withdrawal process, and ability to add funds for users with a Google Pay* balance.
